Chemisphere Lab Science Inc. (CLS) was founded in 2015, by Richie Eustaquio and Mia Paragas, as a Distributor of Clinical and Medical equipment and materials to the Phillippines market. The company specializes in Clinical and Industrial Lab Analysis customers.

CLS a close partnership has added Semiconductor and PCBA solutions in order to reach ned w dynamic growth areas. Chemisphere continues to broaden the customer base with innovative and technologically leading principals and products while strengthening the core competencies to develop into a PRIMEResource to all of the regions or the Philippines.

In January 2019, Chemisphere became part of The MILLICE Group of Companies as a STRATEGIC PARTNER. TMG has grouped together customer-centric operations in Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand (and now HK and China) under a broad product and systems and inclusive umbrella so we can better support the Principals, Customers, and Industry we serve.
