Image Transforms Pte Ltd - was founded in 1988. ITS started as a spin-off - led by a group of Professors and Researchers in Kent Ridge - of the NUS (National University of Singapore's)led by Dr. Jacob Phang.

Developing unique technology and becoming a full one-stop solution of semiconductor equipment to serve the FAB and Semiconductor market, primarily in the Failure Analysis and Laboratory Analytical Services segments. The company grew to US$3.7M.

In January 2009, ITS became part of The MILLICE Group of Companies.
